The Asset Manager is responsible for managing the commercial real estate assets to optimize operations for the benefit of the company, tenants, and customers, and maximize the financial return to the company. This includes meeting financial performance metrics, maintenance and capital improvement responsibilities, tenant relations, and leasing support. The Asset Manager is responsible for controlling and interacting with internal departments including Accounting, Construction, Development and Leasing, as well as brokers, current and prospective tenants, contractors, vendors, and governmental agencies. This position constantly strives for improvements in work processes and achieves the highest risk-adjusted return of each asset while sharing company culture.
