Rafik is originally from Uzbekistan and now lives in Edina, MN with his family. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Finance degree. Rafik focuses on improving distressed properties and mentors young leaders. Rafik values hard work, equality, and giving back. He enjoys reading, staying active in the community, running, chess, and mountaineering. Rafik speaks English, Spanish, Russian, and Uzbek.
Guly is originally from Siberia, Russia, and now lives in Minneapolis with her husband and pets. She has earned three master’s degrees, including one from Harvard. She loves to travel to unique places, enjoys hiking, has a deep appreciation for contemporary art, and plays the harp. She speaks Russian and English.

Reshal was born in England with Pakistani roots. He studied at BMCC and UOH and now lives in Forest Lake, MN. He has a beautiful Hmong wife and they have four daughters together, aged 7, 5, 3, and 1, with another baby coming soon. His hobbies include training, spending time with his daughters and family, and he is also a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and an MMA coach at The Minnesota Martial Arts Academy. Reshal is fluent in Urdu, Punjabi and English

Nathan is from Minnetonka, MN, where he still resides. He attended the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. An aviation enthusiast, Nathan relishes the freedom of flying. He enjoys playing the piano, traveling the world, reading books, skiing down snowy slopes, and cooking delicious meals. He is a native English speaker and is conversational in both Spanish and Russian.
Chase F. Niceley, SHRM-SCP, is Brait Capital’s HR Specialist. She is a native of Kentucky and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University (BBA in Human Resources Management) and from Northern Kentucky University (MBA). She spends her time away from work reading, running, and spending time with her husband and young daughter.
Saul Z is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience. His track record includes building a $100M+ portfolio, investing in 1.2M square feet, and completing over 200 principal transactions and 2,000 as a broker. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and competing in triathlons and Ironman races worldwide.
Michael has extensive experience in the real estate industry. A graduate of Northeastern University, he brings a strong foundation in business planning, sales, and analytical thinking. Known for his expertise in public speaking and client relations, Michail combines strategic insights with exceptional communication skills to deliver results. His professional approach and dedication make him a trusted advisor in the real estate market.
Carlos Zapata brings nearly 15 years of real estate experience, with a proven track record of success in both residential and commercial sectors. Known for his ability to close complex and hard-to-sell properties, Carlos combines sharp negotiation skills with deep market knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

The Asset Manager is responsible for managing the commercial real estate assets to optimize operations for the benefit of the company, tenants, and customers, and maximize the financial return to the company. This includes meeting financial performance metrics, maintenance and capital improvement responsibilities, tenant relations, and leasing support. The Asset Manager is responsible for controlling and interacting with internal departments including Accounting, Construction, Development and Leasing, as well as brokers, current and prospective tenants, contractors, vendors, and governmental agencies. This position constantly strives for improvements in work processes and achieves the highest risk-adjusted return of each asset while sharing company culture.
